All engagements are defined by separate written proposals or agreements signed between me and the client. Nothing on this website is a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of a specific price. Fees, scope, and timelines are set per engagement.

Ownership of deliverables is defined in each engagement agreement. This website's content and branding belong to Daniel Lubin.

Clients agree to provide timely access, information, and approvals needed to deliver the work.

I keep client information confidential and expect the same in return.

Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

AI outcomes depend on many factors. I do not guarantee specific business results.

My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement.

My work may rely on third-party AI platforms and services, which are governed by their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

I may update these terms, and the updated date above will reflect any changes.
