1. Store templates
If a template doesn't work for you, email daniel@daniellubin.com within 14 days of purchase, from the address you bought with, and I'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show within 5 to 10 business days. After a refund, your license to the template ends and you must delete it. A bundle is refunded as a whole.
Payments on daniellubin.com are processed by Stripe. Templates bought on Gumroad are refunded through Gumroad.
2. How to ask
Email daniel@daniellubin.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number if you have it.
3. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with. They usually show within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. After a refund, your license to the template ends.
4. Install service
The template install service can be refunded in full before I start. Once the install is done and tested, it is not refundable.
5. Client projects
Deposits pay for planning and work already done, so they are not refundable once work starts. If a project ends early, you pay for work completed and receive it. Any guarantee, like a launch date guarantee, is written into your proposal and applies as written there.
6. Care plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. You will not be charged for the next month. Months already paid are not refunded.
