1. Who I am
This site is run by Daniel Lubin ("I", "me"). This policy explains what I collect on daniellubin.com and how I use it.
2. What I collect
- Contact and X-Ray forms: your name, email, company, website, budget, timeline and message.
- Newsletter: your email and the date you confirmed.
- Store orders: your name, email, what you bought and the order total.
- Basic visit data: the page you came from and campaign tags in the link (UTM tags).
3. How I use it
- To reply to you and deliver what you asked for.
- To send receipts and download links.
- To send the newsletter, only after you confirm.
- To understand which pages help people, using totals, not profiles.
4. Analytics
I use Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool. It counts visits and a few actions, like a form being sent. It does not set cookies or build a profile of you.
5. Who I share it with
I share data only with services that help me run the site:
- Hosting and database: Supabase and our web hosting provider.
- Email delivery: Resend.
- Payments: Stripe.
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Booking: Cal.com.
Each one only gets what it needs to do its job. I never sell your data.
6. How long I keep it
I keep leads and order records for 3 years, or longer if the law requires it. Newsletter data stays until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Email daniel@daniellubin.com and I will reply within 30 days. If you live in a place with extra privacy laws, such as the EU, UK or California, you have those rights too.
8. Security
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access limited to me. No system is perfect, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.
9. Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top. Big changes will be noted on the changelog page.
